all about it. \ud83e\udd0d\n\nEarlier this August, my youngest son and I spent a night at @wiksslott , just outside Uppsala. So convenient for a city stay. Story Hotel Malm\u00f6 is just a short walk from Malm\u00f6 Central Station with trains and buses, and close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Malm\u00f6 by foot while still having somewhere beautiful to come back to.\n\nWe stayed in a suite with a connected room for the boys and it was perfect for us. places\u00a0\u2764\ufe0f\n\nIn my younger years, I lived just a short drive away and have returned to this fishing village more times than I can count. Summers by the sea, salty winds, Kullaberg and so many memories attached to this place.\n\nOnce a small fishing village, M\u00f6lle became one of Sweden\u2019s most fashionable seaside resorts around the turn of the 20th century. It became famous for its early mixed-gender bathing - considered scandalous at the time - earning its infamous nickname, \u201cthe den of sin\u201d \ud83d\ude0f Today, the scandal has faded, but the charm remains.\n\nThe harbour, wooden houses, sea, rocky coastline and elegant old hotels still give M\u00f6lle the feeling of a classic European seaside resort. Two historic landmarks are Grand H\u00f4tel M\u00f6lle and Hotell Kullaberg.\n\nWhen we were here, the harbour was full of life and our kids were fishing for crabs with other children by the docks. Pure summer core memories! And it was so fun watching them become tourist magnets as people walking by stopped to see the crabs\ud83e\udd80\n\nAnd then there is Kullaberg in the backdrop, with dramatic cliffs, winding trails, caves and spectacular coastal views. At the tip stands Kullens Fyr, one of Sweden\u2019s famous lighthouses. Spend a day exploring, or simply sit by the harbour with an ice cream and watch the boats come and go.\n\nMaybe that\u2019s what I love most about M\u00f6lle. It has changed and become a much-loved summer destination, with visitors from near and far.
